Ogilvie Fleet has been awarded ‘outstanding’ status in the Best Companies 2023 employee survey for the fourth year running, achieving its highest ever score on employee engagement.
Following a survey involving 95% of Ogilvie Fleet’s employees, the result shows that with an employee engagement score of 719.0 out of 1,000, Ogilvie Fleet remains an increasingly outstanding place to work.
Coming off the back of a slew of industry award wins in the last 12 months, this latest accolade shows that while Ogilvie Fleet continues to deliver customer excellence, it also inspires the same feelings for its staff.
Praised for its strong leadership of the senior management team, who demonstrate the company values daily and who lead by example, staff felt treated as equals by an approachable senior team. Staff also appreciated Ogilvie’s new internal structure which clarifies internal reporting lines and allows for easier career progression across the company.
Ogilvie’s strong commitment to supporting charities is also appreciated by staff, with the company’s efforts in the last 12 months supporting causes ranging from local schools to national charities such as the Motor Neurone Disease Association. Ogilvie Fleet is seen to be a company that truly lives its values across all aspects of its business.
