Ogilvie Fleet has been awarded Platinum status by Investors In People (IIP), a UK Government backed accreditation body, which puts Ogilvie among the top 1% of UK employers and ranks it as the country’s best leasing company to work for.

A further improvement on its previous Gold standard award, the IIP stated in its report that employees see Ogilvie Fleet as a ‘great place to work, and that job satisfaction is exemplary within the company’.

The report by the Investors in People gives recognition for the leading independent leasing company in adhering to its mission statement of delivering excellent customer service; operating with trust, transparency, and integrity; being innovative, creative, and unique; considering all environments around it; and providing a workplace where people feel safe, appreciated, and respected.
