Ogilvie Fleet is celebrating another successful result in the annual Best Companies employee engagement survey. The business has retained its status as a 2-star company with its highest ever score of 718.1 – a fourth consecutive year of improvement.

Best Companies helps businesses discover what they are doing well for their employees and where there might be room for improvement.

The anonymous survey is completed by all employees and covers a broad range of topics including company values, leadership, my team, management, personal growth, community engagement, well being and fair deal.

Ogilvie Fleet Managing Director Gordon Stephen said: “We are delighted with the incredible results from Best Companies and to have secured our 2-star status once again. We have implemented a number of initiatives to support our employees following COVID and the changing working environment, and to have achieved a highest ever score is fantastic news.”

Ogilvie featured in a number of regional league tables in 2021, with the Q2 2022 tables being released at Best Companies Live at the end of May.
