Ogilvie Fleet’s award-winning Happy Drivers mobile app has added another new feature to support both drivers and fleet managers.
Users now have the ability to submit an in-depth vehicle appraisal via the app, detailing its condition and highlighting any issues that may have arisen over the lease of the vehicle. The report can be completed at the end of a lease, allowing both Ogilvie and fleet managers to assess the vehicle prior to its disposal, or during the term of the contract when a vehicle is changing driver, for example.

The completed appraisal is then sent to the Ogilvie Fleet disposals team, whilst the driver receives a version for their own records or to pass on to their fleet representative.
The appraisal tool can be found under ‘My Vehicles’, where drivers can also see vehicle order updates, add mileages and receive service notifications.
Other updates to the most recent version of the app include a facelift for the ‘Find Your Nearest’ section, which now uses Apple Map data and your own location to find a range of amenities including electric vehicle chargers and Kwik Fit locations.
