Ogilvie Fleet have celebrated another successful night at this year’s Business Car Awards, taking home the Best Customer Service Award plus a commendation in the Best Leasing Company Category.
Ogilvie colleagues and customers attended the glitzy black tie dinner at the Hilton Bankside in London alongside the best of the best in fleet supply and vehicle manufacture.
The Business Car Awards’ panel of independent judges were impressed with initiatives to support customers, including the new driver liaison department, commenting:
Ogilvie Fleet believes its people are its biggest asset when it comes to providing exceptional customer service. It works hard to support and champion team-members at all levels, and as a result, Ogilvie Fleet has an exceptional customer retention rate of 99.4%, year-on-year fleet growth of 14%, and a referral-fed customer base growth of 4%.
For the first time ever, Ogilvie were also nominated in the Business Car Awards Wellbeing category for its hard work in implementing new strategies to improve the physical and mental wellbeing of its employees. Initiatives include mental health and men’s health training, menopause awareness sessions, financial wellbeing support and flexible working arrangements.
Nick Hardy, Sales and Marketing Director was thrilled with the results on the night:
Ogilvie Fleet prides itself on its industry leading customer service, so winning this award is a testament to the incredible work our teams to do across the business to support our client base. Of course, none of this would be possible without our amazing people, which is why we were so proud to also be nominated in the Wellbeing category.
Other big winners at the Business Car Awards were BMW, taking home three individual vehicle category awards as well as being named Fleet Manufacturer of the Year. Congratulations also go to Duncan Webb of the AA, Ogilvie’s breakdown partner, who was inducted into the Business car Hall of Fame.
