We have been nominated in the Leasing Company of the Year category, following the continued growth of our dedicated commercial vehicle teams.
The judging panel specifically cited the benefits of the additional functionality added to the “Happy Drivers App” over the past year and one of the contributing factors to winning the award.

For the second year running Ogilvie Fleet won the Award for providing customer service excellence to clients. FN50 awarded Ogilvie Fleet the Customer Service Team Award as the stand out company in a highly competitive field. This is the latest in string of awards over the years recognising the focus on providing outstanding customer service, professional work ethic and customer satisfaction here at Ogilvie Fleet.

It is the second year in succession that Ogilvie Fleet has won a Fleeteye CSI award having topped the category in 2011 which recognised service to fleet operators with 25 to 250 vehicles during 2010. The 2012 award was based on monthly results obtained throughout 2011 from Experteye’s market-leading post-sale customer satisfaction survey which is drawn from a subscriber base of top leasing companies in the UK.

Recognition of Ogilvie Fleet’s industry-leading services came in the annual Fleeteye CSI survey, which is conducted by specialist international automotive research and consulting company Experteye. The 2011 Award is based on surveys of fleet chiefs in 2010 on a broad range of post-sale issues relating to a subscriber base of 16 top contract hire and leasing companies including: account management, invoicing, meeting promises, vehicle ordering and delivery and day to day support.

The initiative allows fleet operators to nominate the companies they believe offer the best service. Through extensive research based on a significant number of reader recommendations Fleet News highlights companies which offer the best service across nine marketplace sectors.
